Page 1 - Identifying your goal
First thing’s first, fill in the three boxes. Ask yourself what you want to achieve in the coming 28 days, why you want to achieve it, and what you want to achieve after these 28 days. Understanding your purpose will serve you well in the future, especially when deadlines get tougher to meet.
Think about how you’re going to achieve it by writing your to-do list. The list might start unorganized and random ideas might pop up. This is a great start! If you know what tasks you need to get done, jot it down in your to-do list. If you have ideas that might come in handy later, put them in the notes section. You can organize your ideas better as you plan out your journey on this 28-Day Planner.
Page 2 - Planning your schedule
Once you’re clear on what you want to achieve, why, when, and how, it’s time to plan out each task and set deadlines. By setting deadlines, you are reminding yourself to finish each task on time or even earlier. Because if you procrastinate on one task, the entire project will likely be delayed. Also, these are deadlines that you should be comfortable with since you decided on it for yourself. Don’t let any excuse stop you from achieving your goal!
The following is only a sample. There is no right or wrong answer for how long each task should take. Based on your preference, you can adjust the length of each step to match your pace. For example, if you’re already familiar with building a website, it might only take you 3 days to complete it. Feel free to change the 28-Day Planner however it suits you best!
Page 3 - Reflect and Visualize
As you continue with your 28-day journey, a good practice would be to reflect on your progress and visualize the future. Reflection helps you understand what was done well and what can be improved. Visualization keeps your mind open to new ideas so you can expand and reach heights you’ve never imagined. Have a vision in your journey, and you’ll achieve much more than you thought you could. I would suggest you repeat the process of reflecting and visualizing every week for the best results.
