Reset your mind

Are you hoping to focus better on your work? Or did you just come home from a rough day at work? Resetting the mind is exactly what you need. Taking a deep breath or practicing positive affirmations only takes 5 minutes, but the results can help you get back on track. Writing your thoughts in a journal can also help if you have more time to spare.

Refuel your body

When the body speaks to you, listen. If your body is craving food, nourish yourself with a well-balanced meal. Don’t give in to the temptation of quick, tasty junk food. Instead, reward your body with a healthy snack. Preparing it in advance might help fight the temptation. If your back is starting to ache or your legs are feeling numb, it’s your body telling you to get up and stretch your muscles.
